Billy Coach Jr. is a Central Texas entrepreneur, community advocate, and family-focused leader committed to strengthening communities through collaboration, opportunity, and service.
As the co-owner of Central Texas Children’s Academy, Billy’s work with children and families gave him a firsthand view of both the resources available within the community and the challenges families can face when trying to find and access them. That experience helped shape a simple belief: communities become stronger when the people and organizations serving families work together.
In 2026, Billy helped turn that belief into action by founding the Bell County Family Success Festival. The inaugural event brought together families, businesses, nonprofits, educators, public agencies, military-family programs, first responders, community leaders, and volunteers around a shared purpose. More than 700 families were reached and 432 backpacks were distributed, demonstrating what coordinated community action could accomplish.
That experience became the foundation for the Family Success Initiative.
Today, Billy is focused on building the Initiative beyond a single event—developing partnerships, connecting families with resources and opportunities, and creating a model that can grow from one Central Texas community to another while remaining responsive to the needs of each community it serves.
His vision is not to replace the organizations already doing meaningful work, but to help connect them—creating stronger relationships between families, businesses, schools, nonprofits, public agencies, civic leaders, and community organizations.
Billy believes lasting community impact begins when people stop asking what one organization can accomplish alone and start asking what an entire community can accomplish together.
